TRAVEL DALMATIA MISSION STATEMENT

Travel Dalmatia is committed to providing its customers fast and reliable room reservations service throughout Croatian Adriatic region of Dalmatia, with the intention to cover the whole national coast in the following years.

Our means are direct contact with customers on one side, and dealing personally with more than 1000 individual room owners on the other side. This means reducing intermediaries, smaller commissions and virtually no chance of over booking. Our physical presence in the area guarantees fast response to any emergency.







GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER

Travel Dalmatia, at the present stage acts as an intermediary between our clients and home owners in the Croatian region of Dalmatia, only to a selected number of small accommodation providers (apartments, pensions, rooms). Currently we are only dealing with individual apartment and room owners in the region, not hotels. The result of our attempts to lower the prices is that they are agreed individually with each home owner, so the pricing shown on the site is only for reference, and you will get the exact price with our individual accommodation offer.

The funds received by our customers are given directly to the accommodation providers, subtracting our commission, which is the only source of income for Travel Dalmatia. Other services to customers, such as assistance with airline tickets, boat tickets, meeting at the point of arrival, car rental reservation, and similar, assistance at the port/harbour, are carried out as our good will services, therefore should not be subject of formal complaints.
Charges for such services, if any, will be made in the amount covering eventual significant expenses (petrol, driver if necessary) and bring no extra income to us. Travel Dalmatia does not take up any insurance for its customers, or accepts any other financial responsibility, except for double booking, in which case we will try to find the most suitable alternative.
Travel Dalmatia shall do its best to help its customers with any requests they might have but does not accept any legal or financial responsibilities arising from failure to conform to them. Travellers are also personally responsible for their travel arrangements to Croatia, and for validity of their travel documents. Should such need arise, we undertake the commitment to put the customer in contact with the appropriate embassy, however Travel Dalmatia will not take any responsibility for such situations.
Payments will be registered when at the time they arrive on Travel Dalmatia account, cash is received for a personal cheque. This is to emphasize because on some instances, an authorization for the payment of a personal cheque may be attended for up to six weeks. This is not the case if cheques originate from larger national banks.
