• If you selected a particular accommodation unit (we recommend), we'll send you payment details by e-mail in a matter of days.
• If you choose a destination, please fill the form carefully. In a matter of days you shall receive up to three offers with photos and payment details.
• Please state the transaction ID when paying the advance. If you send us confirmation e-mail, we shall hold your reservation for a reasonable amount of time, until the payment is received. In case of a cancellation due to our fault, you shall be fully refunded.
• Please book your accommodation on time,especially if you are planning to travel in high season, between July 15 and August 25.
